Pools & After Camp Swim Lessons
Our Pools
Certified Red Cross lifeguards are on duty at all times. Water safety is stressed for all ages.
Leisure Pool
The 1,200 SF leisure pool with depths between 6” - 2½’ is used solely by Exploration campers who are not quite ready for deeper water. These campers play in the water daily with their counselors.
Main Pool
The main pool is 25 yards in length with depths between 3½' - 8’. All campers MUST take and pass a swim test to be able to swim in the deep end and use the slide. Colored wristbands worn by swimmers identify areas of the pool in which they are allowed.
For summer 2024, we are in the process of hiring an Aquatics Manager who will develop our swim lesson program. Once planning and staffing are finalized, we will open registration. This allows us to ensure that all campers who participate in after camp swim lessons will have the best possible experience.
Our target to open registration for swim lessons is May of 2024. All registered campers will be emailed in advance of the registration opening.
To register for an after camp swim lesson session, campers must also be registered for a camp in the same session. You may not register for swim lessons without being concurrently registered for a camp.
Swim lessons are not available for campers enrolled in Theatre Camp or Specialty Camps.
